Arindam is a versatile Virtuoso of his generation  representing Indian Classical Music in the field of Tabla. He is keen on escalating the instrument’s popularity along with the traditional style of playing Tabla to newer and greater heights collaborating with various World famous Musicians all around the Globe. Arindam is an A Graded Artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, a recipient of Senior National Scholarship from Ministry of Culture, a recipient of Taal Mani award from Mumbai, an empaneled Artist of ICCR from Ministry of external affairs in the established Artist category. Arindam has been associated and performed with several noteworthy legends and renowned musicians all over the World with his great dexterity and expertise like Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Vidushi Jaya Biswas, Pandit Nityanand Haldipur,Hariharan ji, Ustad Shahid Parvez,Vidushi N.Rajam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Drummer maestro Sivamani, Ustad Aashish Khan, Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan,Ustad Hamid Ali khan, Pandit Debasish Bhattacharya, Vidwan Suresh Vaidyanathan, Vidwan N.Shankar,Pandit Sanatan Goswami and many others.Arindam has also performed in workshops conducted by the legend Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma in Japan. As an Artist, Arindam has lived up to the words and reputations of his Guru Acharya Pandit Shankar Ghosh mastering the intricacies of Tabla as a Soloist as well as an accompanist. Arindam also mastered in Carnatic Music from Vidwan S.Sekhar. He has performed in several noteworthy Indian and International Music Festivals all over the Globe. He has been performing and teaching for the last 22 years. Presently he is the Head Of Department in Instrumental Music in Malhaar Centre For Performing Arts in Dubai along with other International schools abroad.
